From the batch shelf to your door

Every parcel leaves the Ohio fulfilment floor from the current verified batch, GS-D26-0417. Here is the full journey.

Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: within 1 business day of your order. Orders placed before 14:00 ET usually leave the same day.
• US delivery: 3 to 6 business days on average, by tracked carrier.
• Shipping cost: free on 3 and 6 bottle packages; single bottles carry the carrier rate shown at checkout.
• Coverage: all 50 states, including AK and HI (allow 2 to 3 extra days), plus APO and FPO addresses.

Tracking

Your confirmation email arrives immediately after checkout; the tracking number follows in a second email once the label is scanned, normally within 24 hours. If the tracking link has not arrived within 2 business days, check spam first, then write to orders@gelatinezsculpt.com with your order number and the desk will resend it.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged bottle, short shipment, wrong package: photograph what arrived, send it with your order number, and a replacement leaves with priority handling. Do not bin a damaged bottle until support confirms; the batch documentation follows every incident report.

Returns travelling back

Refund returns go to the address support provides, which may differ from the company's registered office. Use a tracked service, keep the receipt, and the refund is issued once the parcel logs in, typically inside 5 business days.
