Refund policy

Effective August 2026. This policy applies to purchases made on gelatinezsculpt.com and is operated by Verrow Health Group, LLC.

1. The commitment

Each order is covered by a money-back guarantee for 60 days from the purchase date shown on your confirmation email. Within that window you may request a refund of the product purchase price for any reason, including opened and fully used bottles. We ask, without making it a condition, that you use the product for 30 days before deciding, since that is the fair-trial period the formula is designed around.

2. Procedure

(a) Email orders@gelatinezsculpt.com with your order number and a refund request. (b) Support replies within one business day with the return address and a reference code. (c) Return all bottles from the order, full or empty, by a tracked service. (d) Upon logging of the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days; card processors may take a further 3 to 5 days to post it.

3. Scope and exclusions

The guarantee covers the product price in full. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded. Digital bonus materials remain yours and have no bearing on the refund. Orders older than 60 days from purchase are outside the window; requests received on day 60 are honoured. The guarantee applies solely to orders placed through this portal, as marketplace purchases cannot be verified against our fulfilment records.

4. Replacements

Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no cost upon photographic confirmation and are handled separately from refunds; report them to orders@gelatinezsculpt.com.

5. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline repeated serial refund claims across multiple orders where the pattern indicates abuse rather than dissatisfaction. This clause has been invoked rarely and exists to protect the guarantee for everyone else.
